Mathias Holst is an advisor and course holder for Rosa Kompetanse in Foreningen FRI.
FRI (the Norwegian Organization for Sexual and Gender Diversity), has been providing LGBTQ+ sensitivity training for public and private workplaces over a number of years. Our intention is to provide our audiences with insight into research and statistics, sensitive language, and valuable perspectives on how to create a safe working environment where everyone is free to be fully themselves.
Mathias will participate at this years Oslo Pride Business Forum where he will have a sit down conversation with CEO of Thon Hotels, Morten Thorvaldsen, about last years controversy when all Thon Hotels were refused to raise the rainbow flag in June.
