Isabelle Ringnes

Isabelle is a sought-after public speaker and a known profile on technology in the Norwegian news and TV Media. Her expertise is diversity and she is the co-founder Equality Check, a technology product that measures diversity and inclusion and supports organizations with evidence-based solutions. In 2015 she founded TENK: a Technology Network for Women that yearly inspires hundreds of girls to explore the endless opportunities in technology.

She has a masters degree from the New School in New York in Media Management. In 2016 she attended Singularity University at NASA Research Center where she is currently faculty on diversity. Isabelle has been named one of six Norwegians in the “100 most influential people in Nordic Tech”, one of the 50 leading women in Tech in Norway, and Inspiring Fifty women in tech in 2016 & 2019. Isabelle has produced a podcast called Future Forecast, discussing technology, leadership, and sustainability with leaders and experts around the world, including guests like Randi Zuckerberg, Richard Quest, and Simon Sinek. In 2019 she co-authored a book called Hvem Spanderer about unconscious bias.  She is an active board member in Dermanor, Oslo Freedom Forum, Eiendomsspar, INSJ, and the Norwegian Cancer Association.
