Preben heads up Circle K Norway’s company-owned store network, overseeing approximately 1,500 employees across the country. Before his recent return to Circle K Norway, Preben served as Head of HR at Circle K Europe, where he was responsible for the HR strategy across Circle K’s European network (12 countries and 50,000 employees), working closely with local business units. During his time at Circle K, Preben has been a key advocate for initiatives such as the "Circle K European Kindness Day" campaign, which reinforces the company's commitment to respect and inclusion for both employees and customers. Prior to joining Circle K, Preben worked in several start-ups, held an executive advisor role at a leading Norwegian family office, and served for seven years in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
