Dennis Højland Nyegaard has been the CEO of Bauer Media Norway since 2020, with overall responsibility for both Bauer Media Audio and Bauer Media Outdoor.
He has extensive leadership experience from the media and telecommunications industry, and previously served as CEO of Clear Channel in both Denmark and Norway, as well as Interim CEO in Poland. Prior to this, he held senior executive roles in TDC Group, working across the Nordic markets.
Nyegaard is a commercially driven leader with a strong focus on growth, execution, and building high-performing teams. He has a proven track record of driving commercial performance and organizational transformation, with a particular focus on how data, technology, and content can be combined to create value for both advertisers and audiences.
He holds an MBA from AVT Business School and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD.
