Miriam Hardarson is a Department Manager at the consulting company Sopra Steria. She leads the company’s LGBTQ+ network across Scandinavia and is actively involved in a range of initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Miriam is a passionate advocate for women’s health, visibility, and well-being at work, and was recently recognized as one of Norway’s 50 leading women in tech by Abelia and ODA Network. As an openly transgender person, she also serves as an advisor and sparring partner for organizations seeking to strengthen their LGBTQ+ inclusion practices.
