Kathrine Mehlin has been with Boots Apotek/Alliance Healthcare Norway since 2019 and has served as Managing Director of the company since 2022. She has a solid background from the supplier side, with extensive experience and broad expertise from leading positions at Perrigo and Procter & Gamble.
Kathrine has a passionate commitment to customers and products, and during her years with the company, she has carried out several major projects to ensure that the company delivers good and inclusive customer experiences. Kathrine is particularly focused on good leadership and the human factor as a criterion for success. Diversity and humane values are the foundation of her leadership.
Kathrine grew up and resides in Oslo but has broad international experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Export Marketing from the Norwegian School of Marketing (NMH)/ESC Grenoble/Audencia Nantes, and an MBA from Audencia Nantes/Universidad de Deusto, Bilbao/University of Bradford.
