Sumeet Singh is Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at FINN Jobb and was previously the first Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Schibsted. He holds a Master’s degree from BI Norwegian Business School and received BI’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2023. Sumeet has extensive experience from multinational companies working with innovation and transformation, and has long been engaged in building diversity and inclusion in society. He founded Young Sikhs in Norway and the Norwegian Turban Day, a national inclusion initiative. He serves on the boards of HR Norge and the Swedish-Norwegian Cooperation Fund, and is appointed by Oslo City Council to the Council for Multicultural Minorities.
