"Growing up without consistent recognition of my identity has shaped how I understand and analyze both systems and leadership. Today, I am involuntarily unemployed and experiencing marginalization, volunteering as a project leader, and engaged in human rights advocacy. I work to create environments where people are not only included, but able to show up fully by leading as example – and where diversity, combined with psychological insight, becomes a driver of trust, innovation, and sustainable change."
